We are very proud of this article that just ran in the Washington Post, which was picked up by the Associated Press and spread nationwide. We had a great time participating in the Disney Dreamers Academy (DDA) at Disney World this past weekend. In 2008, Walt Disney World created Disney Dreamers Academy in partnership with Steve Harvey and ESSENCE Magazine to encourage Dreamers along their paths to success, to provide them with tools to let their potential shine, and to convey that the power of dreaming is the first step to achieving their goals. This year’s DDA marked the one year anniversary of our “Rediscovering America: Family Treasures from The Kinsey Collection” and we were on hand to meet with all of the “Dreamers”, giving tours of the exhibit and words of encouragement. Guests this year included Magic Johnson, Lauren London, E! News’ Terrence Jenkins, Entertainment Tonight’s Rocsi Diaz and 15-year old CEO, Jaylen Bledsoe.
